Warranty Information All items sold AS IS except for a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first) on the engine and transmission and a 90 days replacement parts only warranty against manufacturer defects on the rest of the scooter and lifetime technical support. Labor charges, shipping damages, accidents, abuse and normal wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.
NOTE: Sorry there are no refunds or returns. All sales are final.

NOTE:Absolutely no warranty for consumable and normal wear items such as
spark plugs, oil filters, fuel system cleaning, engine tune-up, belt or chain
adjustments (including replacement), lubrication, light bulbs, clutches, lubricants,
air filters, hoses, brake shoes, tires/tubes, plastic, battery, fuses, cosmetic
problems or problems occurring due to lack of proper assembly or maintenance,
or consumer abuse. Any and all modifications to the vehicle will void the
manufactures warranty. Defective parts are subject to be recalled by WILDFIRE
MOTORS.
